The prices for all rooms are for BED and BREAKFAST, including full Scottish breakfast, and are PER PERSON PER NIGHT.
SINGLE with Private bathroom FROM £20-£40 per person
DOUBLE or TWIN with En-suite FROM £20-£40 per person
FAMILY (3 or more) with En-Suite FROM £20-£40 per person
Children under twelve are Half Price when sharing with Two Adults.
The Rate charged is dependent on the time of year, Low/Mid/High Season and is at the discretion of the owners. Once a price has been agreed it will not change.
